In line with the guidelines announced by the government, we are taking steps to re-opening Thruxton.
We will be taking extensive measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues throughout the venue by implementing strict social distancing and other preventative measures in our facilities to ensure we can operate safely. This will include clear signage and enhanced cleaning procedures.
In addition to this, we have sourced and invested in hand sanitiser stations, anti-viral surface cleaning products and protective safety screens where appropriate. We do however rely heavily on the cooperation of our visitors to comply with the latest government guidance and best practice to ensuring a safe venue for all. In line with Government guidance, if you are displaying any symptoms whatsoever (new/persistent/continuous cough, fever and loss or change to your sense of smell/taste) you should not attend Thruxton under any circumstances.
We're working hard on a revised calendar and hope to announce our plans very soon. BTCC has already been rescheduled for 19/21 September.
Out first driving experience day back on track is Saturday 8th August. We've released an initial set of dates for our driving experience days, with more to come soon. View dates here.
The Skid Pan will re-open from Saturday 11th July. Dates are available here. The 4x4 Off-Road Centre will also re-open in July.
We're implementing a range of procedures across all of our driving experience activities to minimise the need for contact between people and ensuring the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues are the highest priority. All customers will receive additional details prior to attending a driving experience. Details will also be added to our website.
We're working through the necessary measures to ensure the kart centre can operate in a safe environment for both customers and colleagues. We aim to re-open from Friday 10th July.
