2016 Driving Experience Season Starts
After two days of general testing here at Thruxton which saw many of the British Touring Cars taking to the track for the first time in 2016, our driving experience season started today (Saturday 20 February) with all supercars and racing cars lined up in the pit lane ready for a full day of guests to enjoy them on the UK's fastest race circuit.
Our new livery racing cars also broke cover for the first time. Over the winter our fleet of Formula Renault Racing Cars have been stripped down and re-built from the ground up and finished off with a brand new Orange and black colour scheme and sponsorship livery.
Tiff Needell was also raring to go in a brand new BMW M4 and quickly got back in to the groove of scaring passengers as he performed his legendary high-speed, sideways driving style around the never ending corners at Thruxton.
