What to Expect at the BTCC Season Launch - Wednesday 13 April

We're looking forward to welcoming fans to Thruxton on Wednesday 13 April for the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship Season Launch and test day. Fans will see teams and drivers hit the fastest circuit in the UK for the final official test ahead of the 2022 campaign.

There are a handful of tickets remaining here. Children 12 and under do not need a ticket.

Timetable

The public car park open: 09:00

Gates open to ticket holders: 10:00

First test session: 10:00 - 13:00

Lunch break & Pitlane Walkabout: 13:00 - 14:00

Second test session: 14:00 - 17:00

Useful information

  • Live commentary will be broadcast on Radio Thruxton 87.7FM, keeping fans abreast of the action and driver interviews, whilst TSL Timing will provide live timing.

  • The Grandstand will be open throughout the day.

  • Access to the Paddock is free.

  • Food and refreshments will be served at the Thruxton Centre. There will also be food stalls in the trade area.

  • Blue badge holders will have access to the designated spectator bank, which can be accessed through gate 4 once in the public car park.

  • The pitlane walkabout will be accessed from the Circuit crossing and through the Paddock.
