Junior 4x4 One-2-One Off-Road Experience

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE JUNIOR 4X4 ONE-2-ONE OFF-ROAD EXPERIENCE

Junior drivers can now get behind the wheel of a proper 4x4 Off-Road vehicle on our purpose-built 4x4 course. This experience is for junior drivers over 12 years old who have some driving experience but do not hold a full driving licence.

Driving on the 4x4 course requires a different driving skill to normal road driving. Patience, caution and controlled aggression are needed as you test your own nerve.

The vehicle young drivers will be driving is the latest incarnation of the Suzuki Jimny. A professional 4x4 instructor will be in the passenger seat with dual controls. The Jimny has a true four-wheel drive system as well as high & low ratio gearbox and the latest in hill descent technology. You will be amazed at what this fantastic vehicle will do. It will take you as far as it's possible in a wheeled vehicle.

This is a One-2-One course, just the junior driver, the Suzuki Jimny and the 4x4 instructor for over an hour. Giving junior drivers plenty of time behind the wheel. The Jimny is fitted with dual controls.

After a short briefing including vehicle familiarisation, junior drivers will take to the 4x4 course. Overcoming steep inclines & declines, rocks, mud water and a host of other obstacles in a terrain that looks impossible for wheeled access.

All this is great fun and definitely not easy, but hugely satisfying when you get it right.
