The British Trucks Race Meeting at Thruxton, originally scheduled for 27-28 June, has been reschudeled for Sat 31 Oct 31 - Sun 1 Nov.

If, for whatever reason, it proves not to be possible to have spectators at Thruxton for the British Trucks, then all ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund.

Customers who had previously purchased tickets for the original British Trucks event in June and have chosen to defer those tickets to the 2021 event, will need to purchase tickets to attend this new event. Deferred tickets will still be valid for the 2021 event.

Tickets for this race meeting are limited and are only available in advance.

Tickets are available to purchase online and will be available to collect at the venue from the ticket hut (A1) in the main car park. All tickets must be purchased in advance to guarantee admission. Please email info@barc.net if you're unable to purchase tickets online.

Children 15 & Under Go Free

Children 15 and under accompanied by an adult (max 5 children per responsible adult) are admitted to the circuit free of charge.

The grandstands will be closed for this event.

Paddock Access

The paddock will be closed to spectators for this event. Only competitors and officials will be able to access the paddock.

Thruxton to host BTRA British Truck Racing Championship this year - Oct 31/Nov 1

Thruxton Circuit will welcome the BTRA British Truck Racing Championship after all in 2020 following confirmation that the series will visit the circuit on October 31/November 1.

The Thruxton Centre, located in the paddock, will be open to competitors, officials and marshals only for food and drink.

We've invested in clear signage throughout the venue to reinforce social distancing guidance and personal hygiene measures. Hand sanitiser stations have been installed at key points around the venue.

Tickets

All tickets are posted first class (unless you have requested special delivery) in the post up to the last guaranteed date for delivery in time for the event. After which, tickets will be available for collection at the gate. If you have ordered your tickets and you are concerned that you have not received them please call the ticket office on 01264 882200 option 1, and we will try to help trace your order.

Carers of our disabled guests may be entitled to free admission at Thruxton Race Meetings, however, this must be arranged prior to the event date. Anyone turning up on the day will not be able to obtain a free carer ticket. More information available here

We have a designated banking area for Blue Badge holders, which is accessible via Gate 4. This is a raised bank for you to park your car, providing a view over the 'Complex' section of the circuit. There is also disabled parking at the top of car park A. Ask a member of the security staff to direct you if you're unsure. All passengers/driver must have relevant admission tickets.

Unfortunately, there is no cash machine on site.

If you have lost any of your property please report it as soon as you can to the BARC office which is located under the Members grandstand (01264 882200 option 6), this is where any lost property is handed in.

In the event that a child is found to be lost within the circuit, they will be taken to the BARC Office where CRB checked staff will care for them until they are reunited with their parent/guardian.

We have trained medics on-site in various locations and we also have a manned medical centre, any member of staff or security will be able to assist you.

Thruxton is an active airfield and race circuit and as such, there is a strict no dogs/pets policy on site, except for registered guide dogs who are allowed, providing they are kept on a lead at all times and are easily identifiable as guide dogs. Any dogs/pets found to be locked in a vehicle will be removed.

There are baby changing facilities in the toilets at Allard and Chicane corners.

We will be taking extensive measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues throughout the venue by implementing strict social distancing and other preventative measures to ensure we can operate safely. This will include clear signage and enhanced cleaning procedures.

In addition to this, we have sourced and invested in hand sanitiser stations, anti-viral surface cleaning products and protective safety screens where appropriate.

We do however rely heavily on the cooperation of our visitors to comply with the latest government guidance and best practice to ensuring a safe venue for all.

In line with Government guidance, if you are displaying any symptoms whatsoever (new/persistent/continuous cough, fever and loss or change to your sense of smell/taste) you should not attend Thruxton under any circumstances.
