Thruxton Historic selected as finalist for the 2020 Royal Automobile Club Historic Awards

We are very excited that our Thruxton Historic Event has been selected as a finalist for the 2020 Royal Automobile Club Historic Awards.

The awards recognise outstanding achievements within the British historic motoring and motorsport world each year. The Thruxton Historic has been shortlisted for the the 'Competitive Event' category.

The team behind the Thruxton Historic, including Historic Promotions, had to adapt quickly to ensure the event could run in a Covid safe environment. Helped by a team of marshals and officials who worked together to deliver an incredible weekend of motorsport.

Competitors put on a stunning show, ensuring Thruxton looked and sounded as it should! It's a great reward for all involved that the Royal Automobile Club has recognised the quality of the racing on the track and the atmosphere off it.

The winner will be announced on 28 January 2021.
